How can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to exchange a product, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. You can return the product by choosing a transport agency at your own expense to the following address

If you would like our carrier to collect your order, please contact us at info@canarianmarket.com. Once we have received the package we will proceed to check its condition and if everything is in order you will receive a refund, deducting the transport costs we have incurred.
